Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) can refried beans
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup thick salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • ¼ cup diced green onions (optional)
  • Jalapeños to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread refried beans evenly in a dish and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  2. Mix sour cream and softened cream cheese; spread over the beans.
  3. Layer guacamole on top.
  4. Spread salsa evenly over the guacamole.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the salsa.
  6. Add shredded lettuce, then diced tomatoes.
  7. Optional: top with olives, green onions, and jalapeños.
  8. Chill 20–30 minutes for best results or serve immediately.
