- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- 1. Pat chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- 2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3-5 minutes.
- 3. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of chicken breasts and massage evenly across the surface.
- 4. Mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- 5. Sprinkle seasoning mixture generously over both sides of chicken, patting it gently into the meat.
- 6. Place seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, leaving at least 1 inch of space between pieces.
- 7. Cook at 375°F for 6-7 minutes, then flip chicken breasts.
- 8. Continue cooking for another 6-8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- 9. Remove chicken from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 10. Serve immediately or store in airtight containers for meal prep.

Store cooked chicken in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes. For extra juicy results, brine chicken in saltwater for 15-30 minutes before cooking. Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken breasts.
