Air Fryer Pomegranate Glazed Salmon

Description

This easy air fryer recipe for Pomegranate Glazed Salmon combines BBQ sauce and pomegranate molasses to create a beautifully rich glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsps pomegranate molasses (link to buy in post above)
  • kosher salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning blend of choice
  • 2 salmon fillets ( each about 4 to 6 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Put the BBQ sauce and pomegranate molasses (more or less depending on your taste) in a bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Put half in small bowl for dipping.
  3. Brush some the other half on the salmon fillets. Season the salmon with kosher salt, pepper, and all purpose seasoning blend of choice.
  4. Put the salmon, skin side down in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Brush more of the sauce halfway through cooking.
  5. Serve with the extra sauce that was set aside earlier.
