Description
This easy air fryer recipe for Pomegranate Glazed Salmon combines BBQ sauce and pomegranate molasses to create a beautifully rich glaze.

- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsps pomegranate molasses (link to buy in post above)
- kosher salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning blend of choice
- 2 salmon fillets ( each about 4 to 6 ounces)
Instructions
- Put the BBQ sauce and pomegranate molasses (more or less depending on your taste) in a bowl and stir until combined.
- Put half in small bowl for dipping.
- Brush some the other half on the salmon fillets. Season the salmon with kosher salt, pepper, and all purpose seasoning blend of choice.
- Put the salmon, skin side down in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Brush more of the sauce halfway through cooking.
- Serve with the extra sauce that was set aside earlier.
