Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1. Remove salmon from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil on all sides.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over salmon fillets.
  5. 5. Place salmon fillets in air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch each other.
  6. 6. Cook for 7-9 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. 7. Remove salmon from air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes. Frozen salmon can be cooked directly in the air fryer; add 3-5 minutes to cooking time. Adjust cooking time based on fillet thickness.
