- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Remove salmon from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
- 2. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
- 3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil on all sides.
- 4. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over salmon fillets.
- 5. Place salmon fillets in air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch each other.
- 6. Cook for 7-9 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 7. Remove salmon from air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
- 8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes. Frozen salmon can be cooked directly in the air fryer; add 3-5 minutes to cooking time. Adjust cooking time based on fillet thickness.
