- 24 dill pickle chips

- 6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into pieces sized for slider buns.
- 7. Toss coleslaw mix with 1/4 cup of white sauce until evenly coated.
- 8. Toast slider buns lightly in a dry skillet or under broiler.
- 9. Spread white sauce on bottom buns, top with dressed coleslaw, sliced chicken, pickle chips, and additional sauce on top buns.
- 10. Serve immediately while chicken is warm and buns are crispy.
Notes
Store cooked chicken and white sauce separately in airtight containers in refrigerator for up to 4 days. White sauce lasts up to 1 week. Do not assemble sliders ahead of time. Adjust cayenne pepper to control heat level. Can substitute chicken thighs for breasts.
