Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). While the oven is heating, prepare your chicken.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  3. Lay the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the buttery garlic mixture evenly over them.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan over the chicken.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
