- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). While the oven is heating, prepare your chicken.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
- Lay the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the buttery garlic mixture evenly over them.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
