  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined and smooth.
  3. 3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish, leaving space between each piece.
  4. 4. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, using a brush or spoon to coat each piece evenly on all sides.
  5. 5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, basting with pan juices halfway through cooking.
