- ½ cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Brew chamomile tea for 5–7 minutes. Cool slightly.
- Combine banana, tea, milk, and optional ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add ice if desired and blend again. Serve immediately. Garnish with banana slice or cinnamon.
