Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup of instant banana pudding mix
- 1 cup of milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 12 oz chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional, for dipping)
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by mixing the crushed vanilla wafers, mashed bananas, banana pudding mix, and milk in a large bowl. Stir the ingredients until well combined.
- Add the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar into the bowl. Mix everything together until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.
- Incorporate the vanilla extract into the mixture, stirring until fully combined.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Once you’ve formed all the truffles, refrigerate them for at least 2 hours.
- After the truffles have set, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully covered.
- If desired, sprinkle the truffles with festive sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Once all the truffles are coated, return them to the refrigerator to let the chocolate harden.
