- 8–10 slider buns
- ½ cup flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Slice chicken into slider-sized pieces and pat dry.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Coat chicken evenly.
- Fry in oil until golden and fully cooked (or bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes).
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble sliders: bun base → sauce → lettuce → chicken → pickles (optional) → bun top.
- Serve immediately.
