Ingredients
Scale
1 tsp chia seeds.
1 tsp flaxseeds.
1 tsp fennel seeds.
1 tsp fenugreek seeds.
1.5 cups warm water
Instructions
Combine all four seeds in a glass or mason jar.
Add 1.5 cups of warm (not boiling) filtered water.
Stir well, cover, and leave overnight (or at least 6 hours).
In the morning, give it a quick stir and drink on an empty stomach.
