Description
This bariatric seed tea recipe combines chia, flax, and fenugreek seeds into a natural fat-burning drink that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps control appetite. It’s perfect for weight management, gut reset, and daily detox.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds (or whole if preferred)
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
2 cups warm (not boiling) water
Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice, cinnamon stick, or ½ tsp raw honey (for flavor)
Instructions
Add the chia, flax, and fenugreek seeds to a mug or jar.
Pour in 2 cups of warm water.
Stir well and let steep for 15–20 minutes.
For a smoother texture, cover and soak overnight in the refrigerator.
Stir again before drinking.
Consume on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals for best results.
