- 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or cooked breast)
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 large flour tortillas (warmed slightly)
Instructions
- Shred the chicken and mix with BBQ sauce in a medium bowl.
- In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey for the coleslaw. Toss well.
- Warm tortillas slightly. Place chicken in the center, top with coleslaw, fold sides, and roll.
- Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
