- 4 small flatbreads
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: pineapple, jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare baking sheet. Brush flatbreads with olive oil.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly on each flatbread.
- Top with shredded chicken and shredded mozzarella.
- Add vegetables or optional toppings.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are crisp.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
