- 7. Top each pizza with thinly sliced red onions, distributing them evenly across the surface.
- 8. Place the assembled pizzas directly on the oven rack or preheated pizza stone and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- 9. Remove from the oven and immediately garnish with fresh chopped cilantro while the pizzas are still hot.
- 10. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving to prevent burns from hot cheese.
