A sweet and cozy breakfast casserole with buttery croissants, creamy cream cheese, and juicy blueberries. Perfect for weekends or make-ahead meals.

- 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 6 large eggs, room temperature
- 1½ cups whole milk
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, for greasing
- Powdered sugar, optional
Instructions
- Tear croissants and place in a greased 9×13-inch dish.
- Beat eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in cream cheese and half the blueberries, then pour over croissants. Press lightly to soak.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20–25 minutes until golden. Cool slightly.
- Sprinkle remaining blueberries and optional powdered sugar before serving. Serve warm.
