Creamy, cheesy, and a little spicy, this Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate party appetizer. Easy to make and perfect for game day, family nights, or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Shred chicken and soften cream cheese.
  2. Mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, spices, and half of the cheeses. Fold in chicken.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese, bake 20–25 mins until bubbly. Garnish and serve.
