Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Sauté lobster in olive oil 3–4 minutes; set aside.
  3. Melt butter, sauté garlic, stir in cream and Parmesan. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss pasta and lobster in sauce, adding reserved water if needed. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.

Tips: Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor, avoid overcooking lobster, and adjust sauce with pasta water for creaminess.
