- 1 lb lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Sauté lobster in olive oil 3–4 minutes; set aside.
- Melt butter, sauté garlic, stir in cream and Parmesan. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss pasta and lobster in sauce, adding reserved water if needed. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
Tips: Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor, avoid overcooking lobster, and adjust sauce with pasta water for creaminess.
