Description

Flaky croissants filled with savory turkey and creamy Havarti cheese, brushed with garlic butter for a cozy, cheesy breakfast or brunch.

  • 1 package (8 count) croissant dough, store-bought
  • 8 slices turkey, deli-style, low sodium
  • 8 slices Havarti cheese, mild or smoked
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 egg, for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley to make garlic butter.
  3. Open croissant dough triangles, layer each with turkey and Havarti, roll tightly, and brush with garlic butter and egg wash.
  4. Bake 15–20 minutes until croissants are puffed and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
