- 1 package (8 count) croissant dough, store-bought
- 8 slices turkey, deli-style, low sodium
- 8 slices Havarti cheese, mild or smoked
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 egg, for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley to make garlic butter.
- Open croissant dough triangles, layer each with turkey and Havarti, roll tightly, and brush with garlic butter and egg wash.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until croissants are puffed and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
