Soft, chewy cookies filled with melty Cadbury Eggs. Perfect for Easter, holidays, or chocolate lovers anytime.

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12–16 Cadbury Mini Eggs, chopped or whole
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, beat butter with sugars until creamy, add eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour.
- Fold in Cadbury Eggs and chocolate chips. Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon balls and place on the sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Press a Cadbury Egg lightly on top of each cookie.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers slightly undercooked. Cool 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Chill dough 15–20 minutes to prevent spreading.
- Add crumbled chocolate eggs just before baking for gooey centers.
- For dairy-free version, use plant-based butter and chocolate eggs.
