Description

Soft, chewy cookies filled with melty Cadbury Eggs. Perfect for Easter, holidays, or chocolate lovers anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1216 Cadbury Mini Eggs, chopped or whole
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, beat butter with sugars until creamy, add eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour.
  2. Fold in Cadbury Eggs and chocolate chips. Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon balls and place on the sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Press a Cadbury Egg lightly on top of each cookie.
  3. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers slightly undercooked. Cool 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Chill dough 15–20 minutes to prevent spreading.
  • Add crumbled chocolate eggs just before baking for gooey centers.
  • For dairy-free version, use plant-based butter and chocolate eggs.
