Soft, chewy cookies filled with gooey Cadbury chocolate, perfect for Easter or anytime chocolate indulgence.

- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6–8 Cadbury Creme Eggs, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and fold into wet.
- Fold in chopped Cadbury Eggs. Scoop onto sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10–12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, transfer to wire rack.
Notes
- Chill dough 15 minutes for less spreading.
- Store in airtight container for 4–5 days.
