Description

Soft, chewy cookies filled with gooey Cadbury chocolate, perfect for Easter or anytime chocolate indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 68 Cadbury Creme Eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and fold into wet.
  3. Fold in chopped Cadbury Eggs. Scoop onto sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10–12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, transfer to wire rack.

Notes

  • Chill dough 15 minutes for less spreading.
  • Store in airtight container for 4–5 days.
