Description

A delightful dish combining the crispiness of garlic-crusted chicken with classic Caesar salad flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped, for garnishing
  • Optional: half a lemon, for squeezing on top

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Pour Caesar dressing over the chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
  7. Toss the chopped Romaine lettuce and croutons in a bowl.
  8. Serve the sliced chicken atop the greens, garnished with parsley and lemon if desired.

Notes

For a healthier option, try a yogurt-based Caesar dressing or tofu instead of chicken. Perfect for meal prep.
