- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Optional: fresh parsley, chopped, for garnishing
- Optional: half a lemon, for squeezing on top
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Pour Caesar dressing over the chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
- Toss the chopped Romaine lettuce and croutons in a bowl.
- Serve the sliced chicken atop the greens, garnished with parsley and lemon if desired.
Notes
