Instructions
- Begin by melting the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the butter melts, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese bit by bit until melted and smooth.
- Add the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, adjusting to taste.
- If desired, fold in the diced tomatoes for added flavor.
- Once it reaches your desired consistency, remove from heat and serve.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and use nutritional yeast in place of Parmesan.
