Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (810 oz each), cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz lump or claw crab meat
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta until al dente and prepare seafood.
  2. Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and whisk in Parmesan and Cajun seasoning for Alfredo sauce.
  3. Toss pasta with sauce, add lobster and crab, finish with parsley and lemon juice, and serve immediately.
