Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Add the flour, oats, crushed graham crackers, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the pressed base.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the caramel.
- Take the remaining crumb mixture and sprinkle it over the chocolate chips.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For healthier options, use whole-wheat flour or natural sweeteners. Nuts can be added for extra crunch.
