Description

This chamomile lavender sleep tonic is a soothing nighttime drink made with simple, calming herbs, warm milk, and a touch of sweetness. It brings a gentle, cozy flavor that helps support relaxation and makes bedtime feel calmer and more comforting.


Ingredients

  •  1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers (or 1 chamomile tea bag)
  •  1 tsp dried culinary lavender
  •  1 cup warm milk (regular or dairy-free)
  •  1/2 cup hot water
  •  1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  •  1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  •  Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add chamomile and lavender to a mug or heat-safe bowl. Pour hot water over the herbs and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Warm the milk in a saucepan or microwave until cozy but not boiling.
  3. Strain the steeped herbs and pour the herbal liquid into the warm milk.
  4. Stir in honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy the calming flavor before bed.

Notes
