  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
  • Cooking spray or a little melted butter for greasing the pan

Instructions

  • Step 1 – Prepare the Mixture : In a mixing bowl, stir together mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.
