  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2025 pepperoni slices (turkey or chicken optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll dough into a 12×8-inch rectangle.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Layer pepperoni and Parmesan, then season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Roll the dough tightly lengthwise and pinch edges to seal. Slice into 1–1.5-inch roll-ups.
