- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
- Boil pasta until al dente, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
- Heat marinara in skillet, add pasta and chicken, stir.
- Sprinkle cheeses on top, cover until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
