  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
