Description

Chicken Taco Pinwheels are bite-sized, flavorful appetizers made with seasoned chicken, melty cheese, and optional veggies, all rolled in soft tortillas. Perfect for parties, snacks, or lunchboxes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ½ cup refried beans (optional)
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 12 jalapeños, diced (optional)
  • Salsa or sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken, taco seasoning, cheeses, and optional ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Spread filling evenly over tortillas and roll tightly. Slice into 1–1.5 inch pinwheels.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts, or chill for 15–20 minutes for a cold appetizer. Serve with salsa or sour cream.
