- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- ½ cup refried beans (optional)
- ½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced (optional)
- Salsa or sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken, taco seasoning, cheeses, and optional ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread filling evenly over tortillas and roll tightly. Slice into 1–1.5 inch pinwheels.
- Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts, or chill for 15–20 minutes for a cold appetizer. Serve with salsa or sour cream.
