Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until just tender, drain, and set aside.
  2. Melt butter, cook onion and mushrooms, then stir in flour.
  3. Whisk in milk and broth until thickened, then add cheese.
  4. Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce.
  5. Transfer to baking dish and bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
