- 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 4 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup diced onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta until just tender, drain, and set aside.
- Melt butter, cook onion and mushrooms, then stir in flour.
- Whisk in milk and broth until thickened, then add cheese.
- Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce.
- Transfer to baking dish and bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
