- 1–2 tbsp all-purpose flour (for dusting)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2–3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Lightly flour your counter and stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in chili garlic sauce, tomato sauce, honey, and chili flakes.
- Fold in the chicken and cook for 1–2 minutes so it absorbs the sauce.
- Spread the sauce and chicken mixture over the dough. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, onions, and bell peppers.
