Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and finely chop the parsley and cilantro. Mince the garlic. Place all in a medium bowl.
  2. Add vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Stir well until combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Let sit 10–15 minutes for flavors to meld.
  4. Serve over grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or as a sandwich spread.
