- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and finely chop the parsley and cilantro. Mince the garlic. Place all in a medium bowl.
- Add vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Stir well until combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Let sit 10–15 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Serve over grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or as a sandwich spread.
