  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: Additional chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, whipped cream, chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Press this mixture into a 9-inch pie pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Bake for about 10 minutes or until it’s lightly golden. Set it aside to cool completely.
  3. Beat together the creamy peanut butter and softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy and uniform.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined. Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the filling into your cooled pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Optionally, sprinkle with more chocolate chips or crushed nuts.
  6. Cover the pie with plastic wrap or foil, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers. You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter, and Greek yogurt can work in place of cream cheese for a lighter option.
