- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12–15 fresh strawberries, washed and dried
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips for melting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip strawberries. Let chocolate set.
- Slice brownies and top each with a chocolate-covered strawberry. Drizzle leftover chocolate if desired. Serve.
