- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped (grilled or rotisserie)
- 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat for a healthier option)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ¼ cup croutons, crushed (for added crunch)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: ½ avocado, sliced
- Optional: Black olives, sliced
Instructions
- Start by preparing your ingredients. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the cooked chicken if needed.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to distribute everything evenly.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well-coated.
- Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken Caesar salad mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- If you’re adding optional ingredients, layer on the avocado or black olives.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from one end to the other.
- For an extra touch, slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve with a side of extra dressing or healthy dips.
