Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently to avoid overmixing.

- Pour batter into the loaf pan and create a cinnamon roll swirl if desired.
- Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
