A fresh and easy pasta salad inspired by classic club sandwich flavors. Packed with chicken, turkey bacon, cheddar, and a creamy dressing, this recipe is perfect for family meals, potlucks, or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup turkey ham, cubed
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
  2. Dice chicken, chop bacon, chop lettuce, halve tomatoes, and shred cheese.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, proteins, vegetables, and cheese.
  4. Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; pour over salad and toss gently.
  5. Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving for best flavor.
