- 12 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup turkey ham, cubed
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
- Dice chicken, chop bacon, chop lettuce, halve tomatoes, and shred cheese.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, proteins, vegetables, and cheese.
- Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; pour over salad and toss gently.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving for best flavor.
