Soft and chewy chocolate cookies made with condensed milk, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. Easy to make and perfect for snacks or dessert.

- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and condensed milk in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into 1–1.5 tablespoon balls, place on the sheet, flatten slightly, and bake 10–12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
- Reheat briefly to restore softness.
