Description

Soft and chewy chocolate cookies made with condensed milk, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. Easy to make and perfect for snacks or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and condensed milk in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop dough into 1–1.5 tablespoon balls, place on the sheet, flatten slightly, and bake 10–12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
