Description

Tender, garlicky, cheesy broccoli inspired by Longhorn Steakhouse. Quick, flavorful, and perfect as a side or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Optional: ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add broccoli florets and toss to coat in garlic butter. Sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over broccoli, cover for 1–2 minutes to melt. Finish with optional lemon juice and parsley. Serve warm.

  • Can use frozen broccoli if fresh isn’t available.
