- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Optional: ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and toss to coat in garlic butter. Sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over broccoli, cover for 1–2 minutes to melt. Finish with optional lemon juice and parsley. Serve warm.

- Can use frozen broccoli if fresh isn’t available.
