Description

A soothing and revitalizing beverage made with green tea, chamomile, turmeric, and ginger—carefully blended to naturally promote stress relief, hormonal balance, and overall well-being, one sip at a time.


Ingredients

1 bag green tea
1 bag chamomile tea
0.5 piece lemon, juiced
1 cup water hot
1 tsp honey optional
1 inch fresh turmeric, grated
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp dried chamomile flowers optional
4 cubes ice


Instructions

  1. Boil water until hot.
  2. Place the green tea bag and chamomile tea bag in a heat-safe container.
  3. Pour the hot water over the tea bags and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea bags or strain out the loose tea and chamomile flowers.
  5. Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.
  6. Grate the turmeric and ginger into the mixture.
  7. Add honey if you like a touch of sweetness.
  8. Stir the drink well and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
  9. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  10. Pour the mixture over the ice and gently swirl to blend flavors.
