Ingredients

- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 1 lime or lemon slice
Instructions
- Boil water in a medium saucepan.
- Add lemongrass, mint, and ginger to the simmering water.
- Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain into cups.
- Finish with a squeeze of lime or lemon before serving.
