Description

Cottage Cheese Chicken Parm Bowl is a lighter, protein-packed twist on classic chicken Parmesan with creamy cottage cheese, tomato sauce, and tender chicken. Perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil or parsley
  • 2 cups cooked pasta, rice, or zucchini noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Pat chicken dry, season, and sear in olive oil 2–3 minutes per side.
  2. Mix cottage cheese with Parmesan, garlic, and salt. Spread over seared chicken and top with tomato sauce.
  3. Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  4. Serve over pasta, rice, or zucchini noodles, garnished with fresh basil.
