- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil or parsley
- 2 cups cooked pasta, rice, or zucchini noodles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Pat chicken dry, season, and sear in olive oil 2–3 minutes per side.
- Mix cottage cheese with Parmesan, garlic, and salt. Spread over seared chicken and top with tomato sauce.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve over pasta, rice, or zucchini noodles, garnished with fresh basil.
