- 1 cup small-curd or blended cottage cheese
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Ingredients
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Cream butter with sugars, add eggs and vanilla, then fold in cottage cheese.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips. Chill dough 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop dough onto lined baking sheet, bake 10–12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
