Description

Soft, cheesy, and healthy Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust perfect for family-friendly, gluten-free, and low-carb homemade pizzas.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, parmesan, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until sticky dough forms.
  2. Shape dough into 10–12 inch circles on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden. Add toppings and bake 5–10 more minutes.
