Instructions
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, parmesan, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until sticky dough forms.
- Shape dough into 10–12 inch circles on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden. Add toppings and bake 5–10 more minutes.
