Soft, chewy, and packed with protein, these Cottage Cheese Protein Bagels are perfect for a nutritious breakfast, snack, or post-workout meal. Made with simple pantry ingredients, they are easy to customize with seeds, spices, or cheese.

1 cup cottage cheese (smooth)

2 large eggs (room temperature)

1 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Add baking powder, flour, and salt; stir gently until a sticky dough forms. Divide into 6 portions and shape into bagels.
  3. Add toppings if desired and bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
