- 1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter, then add chicken and broth. Simmer until chicken is cooked.
- Shred chicken, stir in cream cheese and cheddar until smooth.
- Add noodles and cook until tender. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.

- Store leftovers with extra broth for reheating.
