- 1 cup turkey bacon or beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the sweet corn, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, jalapeño, and green onions.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture.
- Stir until everything is well coated.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to help the flavors blend.
