Description

A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet cheese dip with cranberries, perfect for game day, holiday parties, or casual snacking


Ingredients

  • Cream cheese, softened – 8 oz
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded – 1/2 cup
  • Fresh or frozen cranberries – 1 cup
  • Brown sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Onion powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
  • Fresh parsley or thyme, chopped – 1–2 tsp (optional)
  • Crackers, bread slices, or fresh vegetables – as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and mozzarella with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in cranberries and brown sugar evenly.
  4. Transfer to an oven-safe dish or small skillet. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley or thyme, if desired, and serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
