A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet cheese dip with cranberries, perfect for game day, holiday parties, or casual snacking
Ingredients
- Cream cheese, softened – 8 oz
- Cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded – 1/2 cup
- Fresh or frozen cranberries – 1 cup
- Brown sugar – 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
- Onion powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Fresh parsley or thyme, chopped – 1–2 tsp (optional)
- Crackers, bread slices, or fresh vegetables – as desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and mozzarella with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in cranberries and brown sugar evenly.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish or small skillet. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or thyme, if desired, and serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
